Schedule

Built around the job you cannot quit yet.

Most of our students are working while they train. That is the normal case here, not the awkward exception, so we run the same programme on three different timetables and you pick the one that survives contact with your week.

Three timetables, one curriculum

Same hours, same instructors, same signature at the end.

The track you choose changes how long the programme takes, not what it contains. All three include the clinical rotation, which is scheduled with you individually because partner facilities run their own shift patterns.

Weekday days

Fastest

MON TO THU · 9:00am to 2:00pm

The quickest route through. Home Health Aide finishes in three weeks, Certified Nurse Aide in five. Best if you work evenings, nights, or not at all right now.

Break: 30 minutes at 11:30. Coffee is free and the microwave works, which is more than we can say for most schools.

Evenings

Most popular

MON, TUE, THU · 6:00pm to 9:30pm

Three nights a week, so Wednesday and Friday stay yours. Home Health Aide takes six weeks this way, Certified Nurse Aide takes ten. Two thirds of our preliminary enrolments have chosen this one.

Note: children are welcome in the front room with a parent present. We would rather you brought them than missed the class.

Weekends

Fewest missed shifts

SAT AND SUN · 8:30am to 4:00pm

Two full days a week. Home Health Aide in five weekends, Certified Nurse Aide in eight. Long days, but you never take an hour off work for us.

Lunch: an hour at noon, and there is a taqueria two doors down that most of a cohort ends up in.

Campus tours open in November 2026

Come and see the lab before you commit a penny. Tours run Tuesday and Saturday mornings from the first week of November, and you are welcome to bring whoever helps you make decisions.

Open lab on Saturdays is free and does not count against your programme hours. Students who use it clear their skills passport faster, which is the only reason we mention it.

Attendance

You may miss up to two sessions and make them up at open lab or with the next cohort at no charge. Miss more than that and we will talk honestly about whether this is the right term for you.

If your shift changes

Tell us and we will move you between tracks mid programme where the hours line up. This happens roughly once a cohort and it has never cost a student money.

Closures

We do not run classes on Thanksgiving week, between 24 December and 2 January, or on Juneteenth. Clinical rotations may still be scheduled by the partner facility.

Pick a date and we will hold the seat.

No deposit, no card, no commitment. You are just telling us which room to keep a chair in.
